Cancellation Policy

Refunds less a $40.00AUD administration fee are given for cancellations received in writing via email to us for more than 2 WEEKS prior to the workshop or group.

Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to the workshop commencement date are 100% non-refundable.

Refunds are not possible after the cancellation date, regardless of personal circumstances, however, you can pass your seat to someone else.
